Free for one child. Paid when you need more.
Tracking is free and stays free, with no time limit. You only pay if you want reports, a second parent, more than one child, or the assistant.

How much does MyBaby cost?
MyBaby is free to download and free to use for one child on one account, with ads. Premium ($3.99 a month or $29.99 a year) adds reports and insights and removes the ads. Professional ($6.99 a month or $49.99 a year) adds a second parent, more than one child profile and the AI assistant, and is also available as a one-time $79.99 lifetime purchase. Prices are US App Store prices and vary by country.
What do you get without paying?
The free version of MyBaby tracks one child on one account, with no time limit and no card required. That includes sleep and naps, breastfeeding with per-side timers, bottles and pumping, diaper changes, solid foods with allergen flags and reaction logging, growth measurements against WHO and CDC charts, milestones, the journal and health records.
What the free version does not include is reports and insights, and it shows ads. It is also limited to one child profile and one account, so a second parent cannot log into the same child.
What does Premium add?
Premium costs $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year, and adds reports and insights across sleep, feeding and growth, removes every ad, and gives you priority support. It does not add a second parent or a second child — those are Professional.
What does Professional add?
Professional costs $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year, and it is the tier most families end up on. It adds three things on top of Premium: you can invite a partner, grandparent or nanny to the same child profile; you can create more than one child profile, which is what twins and second babies need; and you get the AI assistant, which answers questions using your own logged data.
One subscription covers the family. Anyone you invite uses the app without paying.
Is there a free trial?
No. MyBaby does not offer a free trial on any plan. The free version has no time limit instead — you can track one child on one account for as long as you like without paying, and decide later whether a paid plan is worth it.
Do both parents need to pay?
No. One Professional subscription covers the child profile, and anyone invited to it — a partner, a grandparent, a nanny — uses the app without paying anything. You need one subscription per family, not one per person.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. If a subscription lapses you keep every entry you have logged and can carry on using the free features; the paid parts simply stop being available until you resubscribe. You can also delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.
Can I buy it once instead of subscribing?
Yes. The Lifetime purchase is $79.99 once and gives you Professional permanently, with no renewal. It works out cheaper than the annual plan after about eighteen months.
What are assistant tokens?
The AI assistant on Professional includes a monthly allowance. If you run through it, you can buy a one-off top-up rather than upgrading anything: 200 assistant tokens for €1.99, and 500 assistant tokens for €3.99. These are optional and most people never need them.
Where do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so you cancel them the same way as any other app subscription — in the App Store or Play Store account settings on your phone. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep the paid features until the period you have already paid for runs out.
