If you already have the app, the fastest way to reach us is from inside it: Help → Contact support. That request arrives with your device, app version and account already attached, so nobody has to ask you for them, and the reply comes back in the app as well as by email. You can see exactly what is attached before you send it.
Otherwise, email us. We read everything, and we reply to most things within a couple of days.
Before you write
The help centre has 54 answers about how the app works — the same ones the app itself gives you. It is worth a look first, because a fair number of "this is broken" reports turn out to have an answer already written.
Reporting a problem
If something is broken, tell us which phone you have and what you were doing when it happened. It makes a real difference to how quickly we can fix it. The in-app form fills the first half in for you.
